Capacity assessment and organisational review
Matrix on Board conducts capacity assessments and reviews of non-profit organisations so that they can strengthen and increase the services they provide.
Matrix also provides program evaluations, which can be undertaken at a point in time or may track the progress of a program across a number of years. Feasibility assessments are also provided to ensure that new ventures are viable.
Regular, relevant and in-depth analysis of where organisations are at and the direction they are heading in, is crucial for the delivery of key objectives. Analysing, reviewing and restructuring your organisation will allow you to make honest assessments of how the organisation can serve the community to its full potential.
